Avoid 2 Start steps to begin an Emu game
After the 2nd person sat to the game, we both had to click start before the game began. During that time the game was not displayed in either my lobby or my opponent's lobby to remind us that the game was waiting for us to do something. When we did get to the game through "Continue", neither of us had the Arrow indicating that it was our turn. This was confusing. Why not start the game when the second person sits down?

My reasoning behind having all players need to press start was to prevent this situation:
Player A creates a new game. Player B, who dislikes player A, waits until he knows Player A is not available (asleep, away, etc) and then joins and starts the game. Player A's clock runs out and Player B claims the win.
