  5. The neatest feature I have seen on a per game site is an active window that you can minimize after taking a turn and which pops up again when it is again your turn. Send an email address and I will explain further.

  6. Maybe have some subtle graphics showing the blocks in Diffusion v1 and v2. Like when you roll the mouse over the board you get a barely visible, translucent block overlay.

    Create an invite tab where you can create a game and invite someone to it. In this tab, you can also see invitations that people have sent to you. Perhaps there would be a visual indicator (like a number) on the tab of how many invites you have, so you would know when someone has created a new invitation for you.

  10. Right now, the chat waits until the next time a refresh is run to send a message that you typed. It should be possible to make this faster by sending the message immediately when you chat. Perhaps an refresh could even be run at the same time if that refresh call can e optimized enough.
